Chief Hague Prosecutor Serge Brammertz will present his report on Serbia’s cooperation to the UN Security Council in New York on Wednesday. In the report submitted in written form in mid-May, according to unofficial information, Brammertz will maintain the points of his predecessor Carla Del Ponte that the government in Belgrade is cooperating at an unsatisfactory level. Brammertz, like Del Ponte, believes that Ratko Mladic, Radovan Karadzic, Stojan Zupljanin and Goran Hadzic are “within the reach” of the Serbian authorities. Also Wednesday in New York, a report on the implementation of a strategy for concluding the work of the Tribunal will be presented by Hague Court President Fausto Pocar.
