Radical official arrested in Moscow

Milan Mandic, a Serb Radical Party (SRS) official, was arrested Sunday in Moscow. Mandic, a Croatian Serb, now a Backa Palanka, Vojvodina, municipal manager, traveled to Russia at the invitation of Otraga city authorities in the Samarsk Region.
