The Serbian Ministry of Economy on Thursday issued an invitation for letters of interest for three companies in the petrochemical complex.

Investors asked to express interest in petrochemical plants

The invitation was issued pursuant to the Privatization Act, a conclusion of the government and decisions of the Srbijagas Supervisory Board, Tanjug said.

The deadline for sending the letters is May 3, while suitors are supposed to offer an indicative price, investment plan, business plan, privatization model and the number of employees that they need, Beta reported.

All three factories must supply a realistic market estimate of the value of their capital and the state of their obligations on the last day of 2016. The privatization model will be decided on that and letters from interested investors.
