Cornerstone for Belgrade Waterfront towers "in September"
All formal conditions for the first phase of the Belgrade Waterfront project have been met and the construction process can start. The cornerstones for two residential towers will be placed somewhere around September 20-25, Mali told reporters.He reminded the fact that the demolition of the buildings at the site started on August 1 last year and that 233 buildings have been demolished so far.
A total of 94 families have been relocated, 15 kilometers of railroad and 54 vessels from the Sava River have been removed in that period, the mayor said.
