Minister to discuss USD 1bn loan in Moscow next week “Thus, the assistance to the budget we have counted on will be realized,” the minister told Tanjug, clearly satisfied with Siluanov's invitation extended on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Dinkic underscored that there was no single solution for economic hardships, but that he could pledge that he "will fight for each and every job, factory, person.“ “The plan is to fully stabilize the public finances, which would then affect economy,” he noted. “The similar approach will be adopted in resolving other issues of the factories that are being restructured,” Dinkic added. He also said he was planning much greater investments in agriculture, primarily in the irrigation and drainage systems. “The plan for January envisages the talks with people from the United Arab Emirates, with their government, then an interstate agreement, which would mark the start of a much wider cooperation,” he explained, adding that he would also discuss these issues with the World Bank. Dinkic expects that the talks with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will take place in early spring, adding that the agreement with the IMF would ensure a greater legal security for investors in our country.
