Dinar strengthens by another 0.2 pct against euro

BELGRADE The Serbian dinar will continue its rise against the single European currency for the second day in a row on Thursday by 0.2 percent or 30 paras. The official middle exchange rate is RSD 117.6990 for one euro, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) released on Thursday. Dinar strengthens by another 0.2 pct against euro On the monthly level, the dinar strengthened by 0.2 percent, while its value is by 13.5 percent lower than a year ago. The national currency hit its lowest level against the euro on August 9, when the official middle exchange rate stood at RSD 119.0723, and its highest on January 11 with the exchange rate at RSD 103.6922. The indicative exchange rate of the dinar against the U.S. dollar on Monday went up by 0.7 percent to RSD 93.4267. On the monthly level, the dinar strengthened by 0.2 percent, while its value is by 13.5 percent lower than a year ago.
