The National Bank of Serbia (NBS) Governor Radovan Jelasic has confirmed that the IMF will on Friday approve a standby arrangement worth EUR 3bn. Jelasic said that Serbia will be able to draw the first EUR 800mn next week, and that the money will be used to strengthen the hard currency reserves.
